How I Can Help You Buy a Home
Whether it’s your first home or if you’re an experienced buyer, purchasing a home is a complex process and I am here to make that process easy to understand and fun! I take the time to get to know your individual needs so that your home search journey is completely customized to you!
Once you’ve found the home that’s right for you, I will guide you through the process of making an offer;
negotiating the terms of the sale; getting your potential purchase inspected, repaired and appraised; and closing the sale.

Helping find a buyer for your home is only one facet of a real estate professional’s job. There are many more aspects including explaining the basic real estate practices and principles and all the related paperwork, Performing a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) to help determine your home’s value, helping to prepare your home for sale, listing your home, marketing your home, keeping you informed throughout the process. When the sale begins, it’s important to work with someone who will assist you with the paperwork, negotiate on your behalf, make sure deadlines are met, and work with the escrow company.
By working with me, you will:
- First we will schedule time for a new buyer intake appointment
- Pre-Approval, after choosing your agent this is the most important next step. Dont already have a lender, no problem, I have a variety of amazing peeps ready to work with you
- We will work together to customize your search
- Tour Time: Schedule time weekly or bi-weekly to tour homes (everything is on your timeline), if you are unable to make showings in person or buying from out of state I am also available to do virtual tours!
- Once we find the home we will craft the offer together and submit it!
- Under Contract: Immediately after we get under contract I will send you a detailed timeline outlining all the important dates and contingencies. I help with coordinating inspections, walkthroughs ect.
- Off to Closing: I work with escrow and the lender to organize the closing date and will handle obtaining keys from the listing agent!
